The rooms were clean and bright with 2 double beds, truly enjoyed it. The location was marvellous and unbeatable, close to Cortland for a conference / convention, quiet and close to resturants and restaurants, in a charming area. Niagara Golf Trail was also at a medium distance from the hotel.

That was quiet and excellent hotel set in safe area, so close to quiet and close to resturants and center. The staff were excellent lot of time. The location was comfortable and decent - within a walking distance of everywhere we wanted to go. Also, it was 10 minutes drive to Suny Cortland.

The people at the front desk were polite kind and respectful plus the window boxes and gardens were well cared for which was nice to see after a long drive It felt cute and made me forget the pouring rain outside
It wasn't exactly a bargain though but if you need a place to crash it's alright

I loved how a short walk led me to the beautiful 1890 House Museum and the CNY Living History Center, making for an enjoyable weekend exploring unique local history and art while soaking in the lovely park views nearby.

Friendly front desk staff were a highlight. The room was spacious, boasting two clean queen beds and good lighting. The bathroom had outdated fixtures with leaking faucets, and we were greeted by an unpleasant odor upon returning from our outing. We loved visiting the SUNY Cortland campus ! The friendly staff made check-in easy and everyone was eager to help, especially when we needed tips for nearby attractions. The location is ideal for families heading to events at the university.
In my wife's opinion, the breakfast options could be improved greatly for families with children.
